How does automatic NF-e work?

On every processed charge, we issue an NF-e on your CNPJ automatically. You receive it via email and in your dashboard. No extra cost on the invoice.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Today we accept credit card (monthly or annual) billed in BRL — no currency exchange and no 6% IOF. Boleto is coming soon. Reach out via contato@coffeemail.com.br for other needs.

What's included in the Free plan?

3,000 emails per month (up to 100/day), 2 domains, 2 API keys, and 30 days of log retention. No credit card required.

How does IP warmup work?

We manage your domain warmup automatically: 50 emails/day on day 1, scaling gradually as reputation builds. All tracked in the dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no commitment. If you cancel within 7 days of the cycle start and have used less than 80% of your quota, you get a full refund to the original payment method. Otherwise the subscription stays active until the end of the paid cycle and then drops to the Free plan automatically.

Which language SDKs do you have?

We currently ship an official Node.js SDK (TypeScript-first). Python, PHP, Ruby, Go and Java are in progress and you can follow along on our GitHub. For any language, use the REST API directly — it's the same API the SDK consumes.
